 A: Yes, we use certified organic and high-quality natural ingredients—cold-pressed oils, botanical extracts, and plant actives.

Q: Do your products contain parabens, sulfates, or synthetic dyes?

 A: No. We are proudly toxic-free, avoiding parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic colors, and artificial fragrances.

Q: What makes your products organic?

 A: Our ingredients are non-GMO, pesticide-free, and sourced from nature—never from labs. Our formulas are clean, transparent, and safe.

Q: Do your products contain artificial fragrances or colors?

 A: Never. All scents are derived from essential oils, and any color that the products have will be the colors that come from plant extracts and oils we use. No pigments are added.

Q: What is small batch process?  

A: Small batch means we create our cosmetic products in limited quantities — usually under 50 units per batch — to ensure maximum freshness, quality, and attention to detail in every jar, bottle, or tube. Need not use heavy machinery that induces heat and breaks the bio molecules of all natural ingredients. 

Q: Are small batch products more effective?

 A: Often, yes! Because we produce in small quantities, ingredients are fresher, and there’s less need for heavy preservatives. You get a product that’s closer to the original formulation, without it sitting on a shelf for months before reaching you. Almost all the time they are made fresh after you order.

Q: How long do small batch cosmetics last?

A: We recommend using our products within 6–9 months of making. Each product is clearly labeled with a best-by date. Always store them in a cool, dry place for maximum shelf life. 


Q: Are your small batch products tested for safety? 

 A: Absolutely. Even though we produce in small batches, all products go through rigorous safety assessments, stability testing, and comply with [FDA/CDSCO] cosmetic regulations. All our products are NABL tested and approved.

Q: What type of packaging do you use for your products?

 A: We use eco-friendly, recyclable glass jars and glass bottles, chosen to preserve the integrity of our formulas and minimize environmental impact.

Q: Is your packaging recyclable or sustainable?

 A: Yes! All our packaging is fully recyclable, and we’re constantly working to improve sustainability — including using biodegradable labels and reducing excess packaging.

Q: How should I store my product to keep it fresh?

 A: Store your product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Since we use minimal preservatives, proper storage helps extend shelf life.

Q: Are your containers pump-based to prevent contamination?

 A: Yes! For products like serums, gels, and lotions we use pumps to avoid contact with the air. 

Q: Can I reuse or refill my containers?

 A: We encourage reusing jars and bottles, when possible. That's why our bottle has minimal printing. Remove the stickers ready to reuse. Some of our products are soon to be available in refill options.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

  A: As we mentioned most of the time, we make your product based on orders and fragrance blends chosen. We need atleast 2–4 business days to make and curate the product. We promise to deliver within 10 business days for retail orders and 20 business days for corporate orders. International shipping may vary according to the location. We will share the tracking details as soon as it is shipped.

Q: What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

  A: If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us support@nightrevive.in at within 7 days of delivery along with an opening video. We’ll do our best to make it right!

Q: What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

 A: Please double-check your address at checkout! If you make a mistake, contact us immediately. We’ll try to correct it before the package ships, but once it’s sent, we can’t reroute it.
